As men lead in the following ways, the church is built up

and strengthened, and their visible example provides the

role model for the next generation…

Each man is to serve as the head of his household, even

if he is single.  If married, he is to be loving his wife, and

if a father, he is to be bringing his children up in the

discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Men older in the faith are to train men younger in the faith.

All of the men are to build up other men with support and encouragement to Christ-likeness and to serve the church according to their giftings.
